Election of Officers

The British Surfing Association are seeking nominations for 3 positions of Individual Elected Members to sit on the BSA Executive Steering Committee. 

The Executive Steering Committee will be tasked with the review of  the Articles of Association in order to make recommendations to the membership at the 2008 AGM . 

 

Candidates should ideally possess higher managerial, financial and legal knowledge, have a sound understanding of good governance principles , strategic development, marketing structures, employment law and agree to honour the aims and objectives of the BSA.  

Successful candidates will be required to attend quarterly meetings.

 

Full members wishing to apply for one of the 3 positions available on the Executive Steering Committee should be supported by a minimum of 10 signatures of full BSA members  -  individuals who wish to support a nomination may email the National Director (karen@britsurf.co.uk) , quoting their name, address, membership number and the person that they wish to nominate . 

Closing date for nominations, which should be accompanied by a relevant CV and photograph is 31st December 2007 .
